Forrest City Students win BIG in Fall Youth Poster Contest 2019

Students at Stewart Elementary in Forrest City were paid a visit from Otto the Otter after three of their students won in the Keep Arkansas Beautiful's Great Arkansas Cleanup Youth Poster Contest in the fall of 2019!
