McQuade-Heyes, Rogers to lead Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission in 2016

LITTLE ROCK (Feb. 19, 2016) – Julie McQuade-Heyes of Fayetteville and Mary Joe Rogers of Stamps (Lafayette County) have been elected officers of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission for 2016. McQuade-Heyes will serve as chairwoman and Rogers will serve as vice chairwoman each for a one-year term.

McQuade-Heyes was appointed to the commission in 2013 and Rogers was appointed in 2014.

Additionally, former commissioner chairwoman, Laurie Blackwell Black of Lake Village (Chicot County), has been reappointed to a six-year term on the commission by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. Black represents the 1st Congressional District.
