Wednesday, Nov. 3, was a good day to Keep Arkansas Beautiful! Gov. Asa Hutchinson joined KAB Director Mark Camp, Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism Sec. Stacy Hurst and "Otto the Otter" for a mural unveiling (click here for video of mural). Due to inclement weather, the event was held at the auditorium of Historic Arkansas Museum. The mural can be seen on the north wall of eStem school overlooking the playground in downtown Little Rock.

In addition to remarks from Dr. John Bacon, CEO of eStem school, Gov. Hutchinson congratulated the team at KAB and Director Camp on their statewide efforts and, in particular, the mural which will inspire both school children and those passing by to Keep Arkansas Beautiful. Director Camp shared the new children's video about "Otto the Otter" and friends that is available to educators for classroom enrichment.
