Keep Arkansas Beautiful offers a connected set of free educational tools that grow with students and extend learning from the classroom into the community. Our programs focus on litter prevention, conservation education, recycling awareness, and beautification, helping students understand both Arkansas’s natural environment and their role in caring for it.

An outdoorsy Arkansas native, Otto the Otter is here to remind Arkansas students to practice good environmental habits, like cleaning up, recycling and sometimes solving mysteries! Otto the Otter helps kids understand the importance of good stewardship through cleaning up, recycling and more.
